70s Textured Seersucker Cotton Bellbottoms

Amazing ultra high rise handmade bellbottoms made of a breezy woven seersucker cotton. Candy-colored plaid consists of a rainbow heavy in orange, red, pink and blue/green hues.  Bubblegum pink moonglow lucite buttons. Double waist button closure and button fly.

In excellent condition. Small mark on the bottom hem. Ankle cuffs have been tacked up but could be easily let down for extra length.
